About me.
I’m Kate Perazzo. As of May 2022, I am a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning. I have earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design, with a minor in Environmental Studies. I am an empathetic designer, a passionate environmentalist, and a curious, life-long learner.
I value both depth and breath in my work, and while much of my expertise and interest lies in soft goods, footwear and recreational gear, I enjoy diversifying my experiences across the design industry. Above all else, I see design as a platform and a tool to help develop a deeply connective, equitable and sustainable future.
When I’m not at work or in the studio you can probably find me hiking in Red River Gorge, trying out a recipe from J. Kenji López-Alt, attempting to skateboard or playing Trivial Pursuit with my parents.
